My approach goes beyond structure and flow. I listen for what’s really being said, draw out the moments that matter, and help translate them into something the audience can connect with on a deeper level.
With a background in lyricism, storytelling, podcasting, and live events, I bring both creative and strategic awareness into the room.
I understand how to guide a conversation — but more importantly, how to elevate it.
Through my Poem & Purpose approach, I’m able to capture the energy, insights, and emotion of a discussion and reflect it back in a way that lands — often through spoken word or real-time synthesis.
The result isn’t just a well-run panel.

How I Became Podcast
I was one half of the How I Became podcast. A space where honest storytelling, reflection, and human connection could truly breathe, bringing new perspectives and golden nuggets of reflection by following the unscripted stories of inspirational leaders.
Through How I Became podcast and its run of 67 episodes, I brought a thoughtful, intuitive, and emotionally aware approach to storytelling that helped create conversations people could genuinely feel. It wasn’t just about interviews or career journeys. It was about creating meaningful and moving spaces where guests could open up, reflect on pivotal moments, and share the deeper truths behind their path. By blending warmth, curiosity, poetry, and presence, I helped make the podcast feel human, soulful, and impactful a space where vulnerability, insight, and inspiration could meet.
The whole pre and post production process was managed by ourselves from start to finish showcasing the prpduction values that are possible when working with my production team.
How I Became Podcast - Live
How I Became — Live: an in-person experience designed for audiences. In these live shows, I host and guide conversations in front of a crowd, creating an atmosphere where speakers feel comfortable enough to open up, and audiences feel connected to what’s being shared in real time. A defining element of these events is the live poetic reflection — where I craft and deliver a spoken word piece on the spot, distilling each guest’s story into a powerful, shared moment that brings new perspective and lasting resonance to the room.

Poem & Purpose : VCSE Summit
I used poetry, spoken word, and visual storytelling to create reflective, emotionally resonant video sections that deepened the impact of the VCSE Summit experience.
For the WhatImpact VCSE Summit, I brought together poetry, spoken word, and original visuals to create moments that felt both meaningful and memorable. My role was not just to add creative content, but to shape an atmosphere where the themes of purpose, pressure, community, and change could be felt as well as discussed. Through carefully crafted spoken word pieces and supporting visuals, I helped translate the emotional and human side of the VCSE space into something more immersive and moving. The result was a series of reflective moments that added depth, warmth, and creative energy to the summit, helping audiences connect more deeply with the conversations taking place.

Alongside the experience itself, we offer a full production setup. My team and I can bring a multi-camera filming setup into the space, capturing the conversation to a high standard for post-event content, or seamlessly integrate with a venue’s existing production capabilities. From filming and audio to editing and delivery, we ensure that the impact of the live moment continues beyond the room — creating high-quality content that can be shared, repurposed, and extended across platforms.
